Professor Sara Scott has been teaching English as a Second Language and English for Academic Purposes for seven years. She has a B.A. degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida and an M.A. in Linguistics from Florida Atlantic University. She has taught at both Broward College and Miami Dade College, where she also teaches English 1101 & 1102 courses for college freshmen. She is also a part of the faculty senate at Broward College and takes great pleasure in helping students not only in their second language skills, but also in their acclamation to American culture.
